ABOUT VAN ATTA'S AND THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Van Attas has been operating in the Lansing area for 26 years. Before 1980, Van Attas operated at another location for over 30 years. Van Attas delivers roses, flowering and tropical plants, floral bouquets and fruit baskets to the Lansing, MI area and all over the United States and Canada through its computerized sending system that networks over 30,000 florists. Van Attas complete garden center and greenhouse offers a large selection of gifts, gardening supplies, annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. Delivery is available for these items as well. A complete menu of items for birthdays, anniversaries, get well wishes, births, holidays, expressions of sympathy and any other occasions are available online. Every gift is professionally created with fresh flowers delivered regularly. A personal enclosure card with your message is included at no extra charge. Pricing
When you click on an image, you will see a larger picture and with it a description of the product. You will also see a notation of the price for the pictured item. You will have, in many cases, three pricing choices which include standard, deluxe and premium. A premium priced floral arrangement, for example, will typically be priced $10 higher than the standard choice and will have $10 more in flowers or value. Also, we recommend choosing deluxe or premium pricing for larger cities, such as New York, Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Pricing for flowers may be higher in those areas. Delivery Information
In the U.S. and Canada, same day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2 PM in the recipient?s time zone. Orders received after 2 PM are normally delivered the following day. There will be exceptions during major floral holidays. During these holidays (especially Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), please order at least two days in advance.
Delivery and Relay Fees
If you place an order with us and reach the shopping basket you will notice we charge an $11.00 fee. Seven dollars of this amount is added to your order for delivery. The $4.00 is our relay fee. Local delivery to the Lansing area ranges between 7.00 and 10.00 depending on the distance traveled. At Van Attas we do not subtract the delivery charge from your flower price to cover the delivery charges as some on-line florists do. International orders will have a $16.00 wire service fee.
Van Attas delivers locally to the Michigan cities of Haslett, Okemos, East Lansing, Michigan State University, Lansing, Perry, Bath, Williamston, Holt, Shaftsburg, Mason, DeWitt and Laingsburg. These are the areas covered when local delivery only is indicated. Orders outside these areas are either relayed through our extensive wire service system or shipped directly to the recipient from Your Fast, Friendly Florist-Van Attas Flower Shop!
Sundays and Legal Holidays
Delivery service is not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. Van Attas will make every effort to arrange these deliveries when possible. Items requested for delivery on Sunday or holidays may be delivered the day before or the day after the requested delivery date.
Requests for A.M. or P.M. Deliveries
On orders received at least 24 hours in advance, Van Attas will honor requests for AM delivery, PM delivery, or delivery for a specific afternoon time whenever feasible. Although, many times the exact time of delivery is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Placing your order at least three hours before the requested delivery time is helpful. During peak holiday delivery periods, specific time delivery requests are extremely difficult due to the large volume of orders being delivered and can not be guaranteed.
International Orders
Van Attas can arrange for floral and plant deliveries throughout most of the world through an international network of florists. Allow at least one to two days for delivery, excluding Sundays and legal holidays. For deliveries outside of the US or Canada please call our toll-free number, 1-800-395-6448, to make arrangements.
Credit Cards
Van Attas allows you to charge your online purchases with your credit card. Van Attas currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Items Displayed on the Internet
Van Attas will offer many choices of flowers and plants online. Many of the arrangements will be created by Van Attas own designers while others will originate from the major wire services where Van Attas has memberships. Many of the designs will be offered in varying sizes and prices to meet differing budgets. The designs will be representative of the overall style, flowers, and colors but the overall number of flowers in the arrangement and the container may vary in some cases due to the price selected, design interpretation, flower availability and quality issues.
Privacy
Van Attas will not sell or share customers e-mail addresses or personal information with other companies or solicitors.
